Family Support: how many children?
Select the number of children on your plan. Each child gets their own student ID, PIN, and profile. All subjects included.
Yes, a card is required to start. You won't be charged until the 7 day trial ends. Cancel before that and you pay nothing at all.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel any time from your account dashboard with no fees and no questions asked. You keep full access until the end of your billing period.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrading from Focused Support to Complete Support takes seconds from your account dashboard. Your child's history and settings carry over.
Which plan should I choose?
If your child struggles in one subject, start with Focused Support. If they're across multiple subjects or you want flexibility across the year, Complete Support is better value. For more than one child, Family Support works out cheaper than individual plans.
What if my child doesn't use it much?
The 7 day free trial is the best way to find out. Most families see their child engage within the first session, particularly because the tutor asks questions rather than lectures. If it's not working after the trial, cancel and pay nothing.
Is my child's data safe?
Yes. Accounts are set up and managed by parents. Your child's data is never sold and won't be used to train AI models. Parent and student logins are completely separate.
